Return Policy

At Refub Tech, your satisfaction matters to us. If you need to return or exchange a product, this policy explains how the process works, what qualifies for a return, and how refunds are handled. Please review the details below before sending anything back.

Requesting a Return or Replacement

If you’d like to return or replace a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refund or replacement requests made after 30 days will not be eligible.
  • Product replacements are subject to stock availability and must be approved through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement, please make sure:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • All original packaging, accessories, labels, and manuals are included.
  • You have obtained a valid RMA number from our support team before sending the product back.
    Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Restocking and Fees

  • Non-defective items returned for reasons other than error or damage may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  • Shipping costs, both original and return, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

  1. Reach out to our support team via email or phone and provide your order number, item description, and reason for return.
  2. Once reviewed, you’ll receive an RMA number along with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable carrier to ensure safe delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 2 business days of delivery for shipping damage claims.
  • Provide proof of defect (photos, serial number, or other verification).
  • Once verified, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
  • Replacements are shipped only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that opened or used items, such as unpacked software or previously installed hardware, may only qualify for a partial refund depending on their condition.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or configured hardware
  • Opened software or digital license keys
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Products missing original packaging or components

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is complete.
Restocking and shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

International Orders

Products exported outside the U.S. are not eligible for return under this policy. For warranty support, please contact the product manufacturer directly.
